"三全育人"视角下红色文化引领应用型本科高校人才培养的实践探索——以四川文理学院为例

"三全育人"理念是一体化构建高校人才培养体系的核心理念.充分运用红色文化资源开展人才培养是破解"三全育人"模式创新不足、内涵特色不充分,进而突显革命老区应用型本科高校整体办学特色的关键路径.多年来,在"三全育人"理念指导下,四川文理学院构建起学校、社会、家庭、青年学生四元协力,课程育人、科研育人、实践育人、艺术育人、活动育人五位协同,"智慧+"线上线下双线融合的红色文化引领的应用型人才培养模式,并在实践中取得显著成效,为培养扎根革命老区、扎根基层的"两扎根"高素质应用型人才作出积极的贡献.
Talent Cultivation Guided by Red Culture in Application-Oriented Under-graduate Universities from the Perspective of FWA Education A Case Study of Practices in SASU
The concept of FWA Education,short for full-scale education,whole-process education,and all-around education,is the core idea for a comprehensive educational system for talents training.Fully utilizing red culture resources for talent cultivation is a key pathway to break through the shortcomings of innovative modes and connotative characteristics in the FWA Education model to highlight the overall educational features of application-oriented undergraduate universities in old revolutionary base areas.Over the years,under the guidance of the concept of FWA Education,Sichuan University of Arts and Science has built an application-oriented talents training model of four-side cooperation among the school,society,thefamilyandtheyoungstudents,offive-aspectsynergyofcurriculum,educationscientificresearcheducation,practicaleducation,art education and activity education,and of two-model integration between online education and offline education plus intelligence,guided by Red Culture.It has achieved significant results in practice and made positive contributions to cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents with a strong commitment to rooting in revolutionary old base areas and in the grassroots.
