摘要
新一代信息技术变革创新的空前活跃,加快了催生党的建设模式数字化转型的步伐.在"党建引领"与"数字赋能"深度融合的时代背景下,推进农村基层党建数字化转型,有利于农村基层党组织提升自身运行效率、践行网络群众路线、推进乡村治理现代化.但农村地区面临着数字化的技术人才缺乏、基础设施滞后、推广普及不够等多重困境,阻碍了农村基层党建数字化转型进程.为了顺应党建引领数字乡村建设的发展趋势,推动农村基层党建适应数字时代新需求,必须从打造专业队伍、完善平台载体、健全机制体系等维度把握推进农村基层党建数字化的整体策略,充分释放数字化对于农村基层党建的赋能效应.
Abstract
The unprecedented vitality of the information technology reform and innovation of new generation has accelerated the pace of digital transformation of the party's building model.In the context of the deep integration of"party construction Guidance"and"digital empowerment",promoting the digital transformation of rural grassroots party building is conducive to improving the operational efficiency of rural grassroots party organizations,practicing the online mass line,and promoting the modernization of rural governance.However,rural areas are facing multiple difficulties such as the lack of digital technical talents,lagging infrastructure,and insufficient popularization,which has hindered the digital transformation process of rural grassroots party building.In order to conform to the development trend of the construction of digital villages guided by party building and promote rural grassroots party building to adapt to the new needs of the digital era,it is necessary to grasp the overall strategy of promoting the digitalization of rural grassroots party building from the dimensions of building professional teams,improving platform carriers,and improving the mechanism system,so as to fully release the empowering effect of digitalization on rural grassroots party building.
