养老服务人才培养是养老行业发展的重要一环,养老人才不足严重制约着养老服务质量的提升.当前达州市缺乏专业复合型养老服务人才,人才结构不合理,人才培养机制不健全.从养老服务人才供给侧结构性改革视角,需要政府大力扶持养老服务人才队伍建设,构建多层次养老服务人才培养体系,畅通养老服务人才上升渠道;加强养老服务专业建设,推动内涵式发展;创新人才培养机制,提高专业吸引力;利用高校资源全面培训养老服务人员,构建立体化人才结构.这将提升人才培养质量,满足快速发展的养老服务行业对高素质人才的需求.
Construction of Talent Teams of Senior Services in Dazhou Against the Back-ground of Population Aging
The cultivation of talents for seniors is an important part of the development of the healthcare industry,and the shortage of talents for senior services seriously hinders the improvement of the quality of senior services.At present,there is a lack of professional and versatile talents for senior services in Dazhou City,with an unreasonable talent structure and an incomplete talent training mechanism.From the perspective of structural reform on the supply side of talents for seniors,it is necessary for the government to vigorously support the construction of the talent teams for senior services,to build a multi-level talent training system,to strengthen the professional construction and promote connotative development,to innovate talent cultivation mechanisms,enhance professional attractiveness and build a three-dimensional talent structure by utilizing the resources in universities to train comprehensively personnel for senior services.This will enhance the quality of talent cultivation and meet the demand for high-quality talents in the rapidly developing industry for senior services.
