Development and Construction of Rural Collective Economic Industry in Wan-Da-Kai Demonstration Zone of Sichuan-Chongqing Coordinated Development
The development and construction of rural collective economic industry is an important starting point and inevitable choice of rural industry revitalization.As an important link of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic circle,Wan-Da-Kai Demonstration Zone(short for Wan-Da-Kai Demonstration Zone of Sichuan-Chongqing Coordinated Development)is strategically significant,and any weakness in the construction and development may become a constraint.For a long time,due to the geographical conditions,spatial location and other factors,the rural collective economic industry in the demonstration zone develops slowly compared with that of Chengdu and Chongqing.In the long run,it is bound to have a negative impact on the construction of Wan-Da-Kai Demonstration Zone.Thus,based on the construction of Wan-Da-Kai Demonstration Zone,from the perspective of rural collective economic industry which is closely related to rural industries and economic factors,this paper has analyzed the achievements and problems of constructing rural collective economic industry in Wan-Da-Kai Demonstration Zone.From the aspects of party building guidance,media role,resource integration,special coordination,scientific and technological support of intellectual talents,market resource allocation,and policy guidance.Practical approaches are proposed to promote new rural construction,urban and rural economic integration.It is of vital value to promote the economic development of Wan-Da-Kai demonstration zone and to build a strategical fulcrum for the revitalization of the northeast wing of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic circle.
