We first show the necessary and sufficient conditions that the parametric integral function is the odd(even)function,and the sufficient condition that the parametric integral function with the variable integration interval is the odd(even)function.Then we apply our results to show the sufficient condition that the derivatives of them is the odd(even)function,and give a method of solving the second question in the 13th National College Students Mathematics Competition.
