为了加强教师的教学学术素养,学院依托学校的教师教学发展中心,以师资培训、教学咨询、经验交流和技术支持等"四大功能"作为驱动,通过建设一流课程、搭建一流平台和打造一流课堂,构建了覆盖本科生培养全过程的"理论认知、实践求证、科创实训、项目实战"多方协同育人机制,破解科教融合、理实融合不足和错位等困境,有效实现了教师教学学术水平和本科人才培养质量的全面提升.
Exploration and Practice of Improving Teaching Academic Level and Talent Training Quality
In order to strengthen the teaching and academic quality of teachers,the college relies on the school's Teacher Teaching Development Center,and is driven by the"four functions"of teacher training,teaching consultation, experience exchange and technical support,and builds first-class courses,first-class platforms and first-class classrooms. The multi-party collaborative education mechanism of"theoretical cognition,practical verification,scientific innovation training,and project actual combat"covering the whole process of undergraduate training has been established to solve the dilemma of the integration of science and education,the insufficiency and dislocation of the integration of science and practice,and effectively realize the comprehensive improvement of the teaching and academic level of teachers and the quality of undergraduate personnel training.
