Teaching Design of Uniform Distribution Based on Nickel-based Single Crystal Superalloys
The teaching design of uniform distribution is carried out with nickel-based single crystal superalloys.Firstly, through one-dimensional uniform distribution,it is revealed that the final sum of atomic percentage is may not equal to 100 at.%when the alloy composition is converted from mass composition to atomic composition.Secondly, both the composition rule and composition range are found by two-dimensional uniform distribution in nickel-based single crystal superalloys. Finally, the volume fraction of γ′(Gamma Prime)precipitates is calculated by three-dimensional uniform distribution. The teaching effect has been recognized by nearly 90%students.
