In accordance with the characteristics of graduate mathematics and statistics course,combined with the orientation of our school and students'learning situation.In light of the characteristics of the graduate-level mathematical statistics course,this paper delves into various aspects such as teaching content,methods,evaluation,mathematical literacy and faculty development.It proposes strategies and methodologies for constructing an elite graduate course in mathematical statistics,supported by case studies.The aim is to provide valuable insights for the development of the graduate mathematical statistics curriculum.
