Exploration of the Construction Practice of Regional Library Alliance:A Case Study of Anhui Academy Digital Library
Taking Anhui academy digital library as an example,this paper summarizes the construction experience and effectiveness from aspects of operating mechanism of the alliance,literature resource construction,system and platform construction,open online course construction,and service system construction.Some development suggestions are proposed in response to the current problems and shortcomings of the alliance,including improvement of the management mechanism,optimization of the resource guarantee system,construction of a shared platform,and innovation of the service mode,which may provide insights and references for the future development and construction of regional university library alliances in China.
