Yi-learning text theory from the perspective of classic hermeneutics——From the perspective of Zhu Xi's Yi-learning text theory
Both the texts of Chinese classic hermeneutics and Western hermeneutics have the characteristics of authentici-ty,originality,openness and development. The difference is that Chinese classic hermeneutics has its own unique text theory, which is different from Western hermeneutics.Zhu Xi in the Southern Song Dynasty, like his predecessors of Yi-learning and scholasticism, made systematic expositions on the text formation, text arrange-ment,text structure, nature and characteristics, and the relationship with the meaning of texts by reflecting on the development of Yi-learning and scholasticism.Zhu Xi restored the ancient texts of Yi-learning,which is separated into classics and commentaries. He proposed that the Yi texts have the characteristics of primitive divination, nominal and suspended principle, and integration of the images, numbers, principles and words. Therefore,Zhu Xi creatively expounded the theory of Yi texts, established the way and method of Yi-learning interpretation, which enriches and develops the theory of Yi texts in Chinese classic hermeneutics, and makes historical responses to issues such as Yi-learning texts and their interpretations.Zhu Xi's Yi-learning text theory is an inevitable choice for the development history of Yi-learning.Respecting the history of the formation of the text,Zhu Xi proposes classical hermeneutics methods such as viewing books with books, humility of minds, interpretation of Yi with divination and the division of the three saints based on the structure, nature and characteristics of the text.He values the text and text authors, which embodies the tradition of advocating texts and interpreting scriptures with scriptures in Chinese classic hermeneutics. The text theory in Chinese classic hermeneutics, represented by Zhu Xi,is unique compared with the text theory in Western hermeneutics.
