Design of high precision and real-time tester of harmonic elimination
In order to achieve the high precision measurement of the true RMS value and peak value of harmonic elimination parameters,a high precision measurement and control system based on C8051F020 microcontroller chip was designed.The system realizes real-time acquisition and display of the RMS and peak of multiple AC signals.The hardware focuses on the signals collection which contains three modules,namely the signal conditioning module,the signal collection and processing module and the LCD module.The software units are used to control the workflow of the signal acquisition by analyzing the characteristics of the collected data,while filter error and improve measurement accuracy through comprehensive analysis of the signal.The experiment results show that the measurement errors can meet the requirements of harmonic elimination parameter calibration.The system is characterized by high precision,convenient carrying,stable and reliable performance,which can be applied in nonlinear detection of harmonic elimination and other instrument,has a good extension and application value.
