电机典型故障模式分析及故障模拟方法研究

故障注入试验是获取数据的有效途径,也是实现在线监测和故障诊断算法研究和验证必不可少的环节.故障样机是故障注入试验开展的基础.因此,针对电机定子匝间绝缘故障、相间短路、相接地、转子断条故障、轴承故障、转子不平衡和偏心故障这 7 种故障模式进行了研究.首先,分析了故障原因及故障影响;然后,提出了各类故障的故障模拟方法,并在此基础上通过替换故障零部件或者故障整机的方式开展故障试验;最后,以某型异步电机为例,详细地说明了故障模拟的具体实施方法,对于提高电机的可靠性具有一定的指导意义.
Analysis of Typical Fault Mode and Research on the Fault Simulation Method for Motors
Fault injection test is an effective way to obtain data,and it is also a necessary link to realize online monitoring and fault diagnosis algorithm research and verification.The fault prototype is the basis of the fault injection test.Therefore,seven fault modes of motor stator twin-to-turn insulation failure,phase-to-phase short-circuit,phase grounding,rotor broken bar failure,bearing failure,rotor unbalance fault and eccentricity failure are studied.Firstly,the fault reasons and fault effects are analyzed.Then,the fault simulation methods of these fault modes are proposed,and the fault test is carried out by substituting the fault components and fault machine.Finally,taking an asynchronous motor as example,the concrete implementation method of the fault simulation is explained in detail,which has certain guiding significance for improving the reliability of motor.
