The global manufacturing power and quality power follow the quality development law of gradual development and spiral upward.Manufacturing industry in developed country has developed from the quality inspection stage,statistical quality control stage,and total quality management stage to excellent quality stage.Developed countries create core competitiveness of manufacturing industry in the global market by promoting excellent quality concept.Based on the practice and experience of foreign countries,the characteristics and differences of different quality concepts are compared,and the enlightement suggestions are put forward to promote China's manufacturing to advance to high-end and realize high-quality development with excellent quality concept as the guidance.
