机载灭火器是民航飞机上重要的安全设施之一.基于民用飞机适航规章和相关标准规范的要求,针对如何利用试验室设备恰当地进行机载灭火器环境试验的问题,设计了试验方案,不仅明确了试验目的,还按照DO-160 的规定确定了试验类别、试验量值和试验方法,尤其是针对振动冲击试验设计了专门的试验工装.试验实践证明该试验方案是合理的,可以满足民用飞机机载灭火器的环境试验需求,可为后续大型民用运输类飞机灭火器环境试验提供参考.
Environment Test Procedures and Mechanical Tooling Design of Airborne Fire Extinguisher
Onboard fire extinguisher is one of the important safety facilities in civil aircraft.Based on the requirements of civil aircraft airworthiness regulations and related standards and specifications,for the problem of how to use the laboratory equipment to properly carry out the environmental test of on-board fire extinguishers,a test program is designed,which not only specifies the purpose of the test,but also determines the test categories,test values and test methods according to the provisions of DO-160.And a special test tooling is designed for the vibration impact test.The test practice proves that the test program is reasonable and can meet the needs of the environmental test of on-board fire extinguishers of civil aircraft,and it can provide reference for the subsequent environmental test of fire extinguishers on large-scale civil transportation aircraft.
