环境应力筛选是可靠性统计试验的预处理工艺,环境应力筛选中使用的随机振动、温度循环条件和应力施加程序应着重于能发现引起早期故障的潜在缺陷并鉴别和剔除,无须对实际使用环境应力进行准确模拟,且应力和种类的量值在不同装配层次上可以动态调整,保障航空装备的高可靠性不因损坏好的部分或引入新的缺陷而降低,为尽早发现航空装备生产过程中的问题提供依据.对航空装备环境应力筛选试验技术进行了研究,包括环境应力筛选的应力条件、基本程序和注意事项等,为航空装备环境应力筛选试验的开展提供了一定的参考.
Research on Environmental Stress Screening Test Technology of Aviation Equipment
Environmental stress screening is the pretreatment process of reliability statistical test.The random vibration and temperature cycling conditions and stress application procedures used in environmental stress screening should focus on finding,identifying and eliminating the potential defects that cause early failure.It is not necessary to accurately simulate the actual use of environmental stress,and the magnitude of stress and type can be dynamically adjusted at different assembly levels,so as to ensure that the high reliability of aviation equipment is not reduced by damaged parts or new defects,and provide basis for finding problems in the production process of aviation equipment as soon as possible.The environmental stress screening test technology of aviation equipment is studied,including the test conditions,basic procedures and precautions of environmental stress screening,which provides some references for the development of environmental stress screening test of aviation equipment.
