铝铜用接线端子是一种实现电气连接的元件,在线束组件中有着广泛的应用.由于其在使用中会长期经历严酷的环境应力和电应力,因而对其可靠性的要求较高.模拟铝铜用接线端子实际组装状态,对装配铝线和铜线的接线端子组件开展了密封防水性试验、短时耐受流试验和酸性盐雾试验等试验,对密封防水试验的典型失效样品进行了分析,找到了产品失效的原因,并为铝铜用接线端子的应用提出了建议.
Performance Research and Failure Analysis of Terminal
Terminal is a kind of electrical connection element,which is widely used in wire harness assembly. Because it will experience severe environmental stress and electrical stress for a long time in use,the requirements for its reliability are high. By simulating the actual assembly state of terminal,the sealing waterproofing test,short-time withstand current test and acid salt spray test are carried out on the terminal assembly of aluminum wire and copper wire. The typical failure samples of the sealing waterproofing test are analyzed,the causes of product failure are determined,and suggestions are put forward for the application of aluminum copper terminal.
