装备安全性试验方法研究

试验鉴定新形势下,要求打破装备试验鉴定"一考定终身"的传统模式,强调全寿命周期的考核与验证,同时从以往技术试验为主向加强复杂环境、边界极限条件和实战化考核上转变.安全性是装备的关键特性之一,对潜在风险的充分验证是保证装备作战效能的重要手段.基于当前装备安全性试验现状,从确定试验对象、试验方法和实施流程等方面对装备各阶段的安全性试验技术进行了研究,给出了装备安全性试验的具体实施过程,并在此基础上针对某型号飞机的鸟撞风险进行了试验验证.
Research on Equipment Safety Test Methods
Under the new situation of test and evaluation,it is required to break the traditional mode of"one test determines one's lifetime"for equipment test and evaluation,the assessment and verification of the entire life cycle is emphasized,and the assessment method has changed shift from previous technical tests to strengthening complex environments,boundary limit conditions and practical assessment. Safety is one of the key characteristics of equipment,and full verification of potential risks is an important means to ensure the operational effectiveness of equipment. Based on the current status of equipment safety testing,the safety testing technology for each stage of equipment from the aspects of determining test objects,test methods and implementation processes are studied. The specific implementation process of equipment safety testing is given. On this basis,the risks of bird collision of an aircraft are identified and tested.
