Statistical Modeling Techniques for Uniformity and Compliance of Equipment Test Data
In equipment design and production,it is not only required that different individuals of the same type of equipment have approximately equal performance values in certain key parameters,but also that the produced equipment meets the requirements of development goals,which is the uniformity and conformity requirements. Firstly,the definitions of uniformity and compliance are given,and the relationship between them is analyzed. Secondly,uniformity models based on P value and statistical dispersion are established. Then,a compliance model based on P-values is constructed. Finally,an example is used to demonstrate the analysis process of uniformity and compliance.
