铂电阻温度传感器作为一种高精度温度传感器,常应用于工业生产领域和制造领域监测产品的温度.由于铂电阻传感器在探针位置、感应元件位置等方面的特殊性,不同的铂电阻温度传感器精度检验方法,对铂电阻的精度测试结果有很大的影响.针对上述问题,设计了一种铂电阻温度传感器精度测试方法.首先,分析了恒温槽试验箱内部运行环境,评估了传感器精度校验插入深度对精度测试结果的影响;然后,设计了铂电阻温度传感器精度试验工装和试验方法,实现精度测试过程中的数据收集、对比论证等;最后,开展了精度测试试验,验证了所提出的精度测试方法的有效性.
Research on the Precision Testing Method of Platinum Resistance Temperature Sensor
As a kind of high precision temperature sensor,platinum resistance temperature sensor is often used in industrial production and manufacturing fields to monitor the temperature of products. Due to the particularity of platinum resistance sensor in probe position and sensor position,different precision inspection methods of platinum resistance temperature sensor have great influence on the precision test result of platinum resistance. Aiming at the above problems,a precision measurement method of platinum resistance temperature sensor is designed. Firstly,the operating environment inside the thermostatic chamber is analyzed,and the influence of the insertion depth of the sensor precision test on the precision test results is evaluated. Then,the precision test equipment and test method of platinum resistance temperature sensor are designed,and the data collection and comparison demonstration in the precision test process are realized. Finally,the precision test is carried out,and the effectiveness of the proposed precision test method is verified.
