相比于传统燃油车,新能源车具有更多更复杂的电子电气系统,出现三防可靠性问题会导致产品性能下降、失效,甚至发生安全事故,这对新能源汽车三防能力提出了更高的要求.探讨了新能源汽车三防性能提升的意义,分析了新能源汽车各个系统面临的三防侵袭和造成的影响,并从车辆零部件设计、防护材料选择、产品密封性要求、防护涂层改善和生产工艺改进的角度,提出了一套系统的提升方案,对于提升新能源汽车的三防性能具有重要的参考意义.
Research on the Three-Proofing Performance Improvement Method of New Energy Vehicles
Compared with traditional fuel vehicles,new energy vehicles have more and more complex electronic and electrical systems. The occurrence of three-proofings reliability problems will lead to product performance degradation,failure,and even safety accidents,which puts forward higher requirements for the three-proofing capability of new energy vehicles. The significance of improving the three-proofing capability of new energy vehicles are explored,the three-proof defenses and impacts faced by various systems of new energy vehicles are analyzed,and a systematic improvement plan is proposed from the perspectives of vehicle component design,protective material selection,product sealing requirements,protective coating improvement,and production process improvement,which has an important reference significance to improve the three-proofing capability of new energy vehicles.
