Research on the Design and Implementation of Carbon Measurement Verification System
Carbon measurement,as an important method of measuring carbon emissions,has become a key means for the international community to respond to climate change. At the present stage,significant progress has been made in the construction and improvement of China's national carbon emissions trading MRV system. Taking carbon measurement as the theme,based on international experience and domestic pilot experience,the design idea of the the national carbon emissions trading MRV system is discussed. The main contents of the system are designed,and safeguards are proposed for the transition from the pilot carbon market to the national carbon market. By studying carbon measurement verification system,some reference for the realization of carbon neutral target is provided.
