针对工业企业对能源管控愈发重视和现有能源管理平台存在的问题,开发了基于大数据的工业企业能源管理平台.利用大数据算法对能源相关多源异构数据进行分析,帮助能源管理平台进一步提升节能策略分析能力.通过对能源相关数据的采集统计、挖掘分析和综合展示,基于高斯混合模型、K-均值聚类、主成分分析、人工神经网络和关联规则挖掘等算法模型,实现了对工业企业能源的精细化管控和节能策略分析应用.该平台能够有效提高能源管理水平并且实现了监控到治理的闭环,为工业企业综合能源管理提供了高效的信息化支持.目前,该平台在相关企业已经实施应用且取得了不错的效果.
Design and Implementation of Industrial Enterprise Energy Management Platform Based on Big Data
In view of the increasing attention of industrial enterprises to energy control and the problems of existing energy management platforms,an energy management platform for industrial enterprises based on big data is developed. Big data algorithms are used to analyze energy-related multi-source heterogeneous data to help energy management platforms further improve the analysis ability of energy-saving strategies. Through the collection,statistics,mining,analysis and comprehensive display of energy-related data,and based on algorithm models such as Gaussian mixture model,K-means clustering,principal component analysis,artificial neural network and association rule mining,the refined control and energy-saving strategy analysis and application of industrial enterprises are realized. The platform can effectively improve the level of energy management and realize the closed-loop from monitoring to governance,and provide efficient information support for the integrated energy management of industrial enterprises. At present,the platform has been applied in related enterprises and achieved good results.
