目前,真空计量标准装置和温度试验箱的期间核查方法比较成熟,但针对热真空环境模拟设备期间核查的方案未见报道.为了保证热真空环境模拟试验设备检定或校准状态的置信度,首先,参考实验室间对比方法、电离真空计的校准方法和温度试验设备检验方法,提出了一种热真空环境模拟设备期间核查方案;其次,在热真空环境设备中测量真空示值和温度示值,再计算其不确定度;最后,通过En值判断法对结果进行评价,结果表明该期间核查方案科学有效,为实验室质量控制提供了参考.
A Periodic Verification Scheme for Thermal Vacuum Testing Equipment and Its Application
Currently,the period verification methods of vacuum metrology standard devices and temperature test chambers are relatively mature,but the scheme for the period verification of thermal vacuum environment simulation equipment has not been reported. In order to ensure the confidence of the verification or calibration status of the thermal vacuum environment simulation test equipment,firstly,a period verification scheme for thermal vacuum environment simulation equipment is proposed by refering to the inter-laboratory comparison method,the calibration method of the ionization vacuum gauge,and the inspection method of the temperature test equipment. Then,the vacuum value and temperature value are measured in the thermal vacuum environment equipment,and the uncertainty is calculated. Finally,the results are evaluated by the En value judgment method,and the results show that the period verification scheme is scientifical and effective and provides valuable guidance for laboratory quality control.
