基于多项参数综合评价结果的防护涂层优选技术研究

防护涂层的优劣在一定程度上决定了航空电子装备能否在特定环境中长时间安全服役,所以针对服役环境的特点优选出最佳防护涂层,对于装备环境适应性具有实际意义.基于湿热环境和盐雾试验结果,详细地阐述了航空电子装备防护涂层环境适应性优选方法.首先,从防护涂层初始性能参数开展初选;然后,开展防护涂层环境试验,并根据试验结果,结合涂层合格判据,进行单一性能参数的优选;最后,对选出的多个合格的单一性能参数采用主成分分析法进行综合评价,获得最终的优选涂层.这种创新性的"优中选优"的工作方法,适用于防护涂层体系自然环境试验和各项实验室环境试验结果的优选.
Research on Protective Coating Optimization Technology Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Results of Multiple Parameters
To a certain extent,the quality of protective coating determines whether avionics equipment can safely serve in a specific environment for a long time.Therefore,optimizing the best protective coating according to the characteristics of the service environment has practical significance for improving the adaptability of equipment environment.Based on the results of damp heat test and salt spray test,the optimization method of environmental adaptability of protective coatings for avionics equipment is elaborated.Firstly,the initial performance parameters of protective coatings is selected.Then,the environmental test of protective coatings is carried out,and according to the test results and the qualification criteria of coatings,the optimization of single performance parameters is carried out.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of several qualified single performance parameters is carried out by principal component analysis to obtain the final optimized coating.This innovative"best in best"optimization working method is suitable for the optimization of the results of natural environment test and various laboratory environmental tests of protective coating system.
