Research on the Prediction Method of Direct Maintenance Time Index per Flight Hour of Aircraft Engines
The direct maintenance hours per flight hour of an engine refers to the ratio of the to-tal maintenance hours of the engine to the flight hours of the aircraft.It is a parameter that mea-sures the direct labor cost of aircraft engines,and is also one of the main parameters reflecting their economic performance.The direct maintenance hours per flight hour of aircraft engines are closely related to the reliability,maintainability,and supportive design of the engines.During the development process of aircraft engines both domestically and internationally,the direct mainte-nance hours per flight hour is considered as a major design parameter.Therefore,a predication method of direct maintenance time index per flight hour of aircraft engines is proposed.By predicting and optimizing the indicators in advance,it can effectively avoid the dilemma that the index evaluation value is not up to standard after the engine is delivered to the army and the cost of design improvement is high in the use stage.
