加速度传感器安装方式的理论分析与试验研究

振动噪声作为舰船动力装备的一项重要技术指标,其测试结果的准确性将会直接影响产品的质量与可靠性.传感器是测振系统与被测对象直接连接的关键部件,其安装方式对测量结果的准确性有较大影响.以传感器的安装方式为研究对象,从传感器安装底座及其固定方式两方面对传感器安装谐振频率进行理论分析与试验研究.通过建立传感器安装方式力学模型,分析了传感器安装底座及其固定方式的性能参数对其安装谐振频率的影响,得到传感器的安装谐振频率与安装底座的质量呈负相关关系,与传感器的接触刚度呈正相关关系.在规定频段振动信号的测试条件下,对常见的传感器安装底座及其固定方式进行了试验设计.通过9组试验的对比得到了不同传感器安装方式的最佳使用范围,并给出了不同测量频段选用传感器安装底座及其固定方式的建议.
Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Research on the Installation Mode of Acceleration Sensor
Vibration noise is an important technical indicator of ship power equipment,and the accuracy of its test results will directly affect the quality and reliability of the product.Sensors are key components directly connected to the vibration testing system and the measured object,and its installation mode has a great influence on the accuracy of the measurement results.Taking the installation method of sensors as the research object,theoretical analysis and experimental research are conducted on the resonant frequency of sensor installation from the two aspects of the sensor installation base and its fixing method.By establishing the mechanical model of sensor installation mode,the influence of the performance parameters of sensor installation base and its fixing mode on the resonant frequency of sensor installation is analyzed,and the resonant frequency of sensor installation is negatively correlated with the mass of mounting base,and positively correlated with the contact stiffness of sensor.Under the testing conditions of specified frequency band vibration signals,experimental designs are conducted on common sensor installation base and its fixing mode.Through the comparison of 9 groups of tests,the best application range of different sensor installation mode is obtained,and suggestions for selecting sensor installation base and its fixing mode for different measurement frequency bands are provided.
