Discussion on Key Points of Gas Turbine Reliability Improvement Design
As the main power equipment of ship,gas turbine has a series of characteristics,such as complex structure,high reliability and life index requirements,and harsh operating envi-ronment.How to carry out gas turbine reliability design and improvement work has been the focus of attention in the industry.The reliability improvement design,parts and whole machine test and reliability evaluation of a gas turbine have been carried out comprehensively and systematically.It has passed the state appraisal,and its reliability indicators all meet the specified requirements.The reliability improvement design of a gas turbine is summarized.The design work of gas tur-bine reliability index selection,gas turbine reliability distribution and prediction,FME-CA,real ship use and reliability test process reliability evaluation are mainly introduced.The implementation process of the above work is analyzed,and the key points of the relia-bility improvement design of gas turbine and large complex electromechanical equipment are further clarified,which provides the direction for the subsequent reliability design of new gas turbine,and also provides a reference for the reliability design of large complex electrome-chanical equipment.
