燃气轮机监控系统软件测试用例设计方法研究

燃气轮机作为大型船舶的主要动力设备,其监控系统软件是完成控制流程、安全保护的重要组成部分,具有实时性要求高、状态变化复杂和失效后果严重等特点.从软件测试角度,如何在测试环境下全面、充分地设计用例发现软件缺陷是此类软件测试的重点研究内容.提出了一种燃气轮机监控系统软件测试用例设计方法,结合实际使用场景,以典型燃气轮机监控系统软件安全性设计要求为基准,从采集参数、逻辑控制、故障条件判断和保护措施执行动作等控制流程出发,通过组合设计等方法,提高了测试用例设计的充分性,为测试执行提供了技术支撑.
Research on Software Test Case Design Method for Gas Turbine Monitoring System
As the main power equipment of large ships,gas turbine monitoring system software is an important part to complete the control process and safety protection,which is characterized by high real-time requirements,complex state changes and serious consequences of failure.From the perspective of software testing,how to comprehensively and adequately design use cases to find software defects under the test environment is the key research of such software testing.A software test case design method for gas turbine monitoring system is proposed.Combined with the actual use scenarios,taking the safety design requirements of typical gas turbine monitoring system as the baseline,and starting from the control processes such as parameter collection,logic control,fault condition judgment,and protective measures execution action,the adequacy of test case design is improved by means of combined design,which provides technical support for test execution.
