摘要
为提升地震中心站运行质量和管理监控效能,根据黑龙江省地震监测中心站发展需要,基于中心站管理方式特点,收集整理并统计分析鹤岗地震监测中心站各项工作任务信息,运用SQL、PHP编程语言,结合HTML、MySQL数据库等开源程序,基于Windows平台,设计开发黑龙江省中心站运行质量与效能管理系统,实现了中心站监测任务、综合业务、运行维护等信息的统一管理.该系统已在黑龙江省各中心站推广使用,效果良好.
Abstract
To improve the operation quality and the management and monitoring efficiency of the seismic central station,according to the development needs of the seismic monitoring central station in Heilongjiang Province,based on the characteristics of the central station management mode,this study collects,sorts out,and statistically analyzes the work task information of the Hegang seismic monitoring central station using SQL,PHP programming language,combined with HTML,MySQL database,and other open source programs,based on the Windows platform.We design and develop the operation quality and efficiency management system of the central station in Heilongjiang Province to realize unified management of the monitoring task,comprehensive business,and operation and maintenance information.The system has been popularized and used in various central stations in Heilongjiang Province,and the effect is good.
