老挝国家地震监测台网网络RTK技术设计与实现

在"一带一路"建设倡议下,中国地震台网中心援建的老挝国家地震监测台网项目是推进援外地震台网建设的又一重要工程.目前,项目已完成台网建设任务,并进入运维期,在此期间,建设团队利用援老台网全球卫星定位导航系统基准站,建设了覆盖老挝的实时动态差分定位网络,并开展了相关测试.结果表明,老挝北部地区的网络RT K定位技术已达到厘米级精度,具备实用性,在理想情况下,其精度甚至可达毫米级.此项技术的落地,标志着援老地震台网科研和工程应用领域的又一大实践.
Design and implementation of RTK technology for Laos National Earthquake Monitoring Network
Laos National Earthquake Monitoring Network project is important to promote the construction of the foreignearthquake network under "the Belt and Road" construction initiative. At present,the project has completed all network construction tasks and entered the operation and maintenance period. During this period,the construction team utilized the global navigation satellite system stations of the network to build a Real-Time Kinematic positioning network covering Laos and surrounding areas,and conducted relevant tests. The results show that the network RTK positioning technology in northern Laos has reached centimeter-level accuracy and has practicability. Under ideal conditions,the accuracy can even reach millimeter-level. The implementation of this technology marks another major practice in the scientific research and engineering application of the earthquake aid network.
