With the deepening of seismological research and the continuous growth in data sharing demands,the Web service interface of the International Federation Digital Seismograph Networks (FDSN) standard has become increasingly popular in seismic data centers. This paper adopts the HTTP digest authentication mode,designs and implements an authentication module by optimizing the relevant FDSN source code,and conducts verification. The results show that this mode can achieve access control for seismic waveform data acquisition,which is of great significance for improving secure access to seismic data.
