Scientific research archives are the basic evidence to promote the transformation of seismic scientific and technological achievements. This article discusses the unique value of earthquake research archives and points out the problems existing in promoting the transformation of earthquake scientific achievements through research archives. Combining with the actual situation of earthquake departments in the new era,the article proposes paths for promoting the transformation of scientific achievements through research archives,including strengthening organizational leadership,perfecting the system and institutional framework,innovating service methods,and carrying out information construction,in order to provide a reference for future scientific achievements transformation.
