Hailar Earthquake Monitoring Center Station reform and development and service social effectiveness
Seismological stations are grass-roots institutions that carry out earthquake observation and scientific research,and are the basic unit of the national earthquake monitoring system.They mainly perform functions and responsibilities,such as earthquake monitoring and operation and maintenance,forecasting and early warning,earthquake disaster risk prevention and control,earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization and education,and earthquake emergency response.With the continuous development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,seismic stations have also been significantly improved in terms of network layout,monitoring capacity and system construction.Taking Hailar Earthquake Monitoring Center Station as an example,the initial results of the transformation and upgrading of seismic station business,service quality and efficiency improvement are presented from the aspects of station overview,reform,development and changes,highlights and so on.
