Design of a Half-Bridge Drive Circuit for Positive and Negative Power Supply Servo System
For DC motor servo systems powered by positive and negative power supplies,half-bridge drive circuits are usually used for motor speed regulation and control.Compared with the full-bridge drive circuit,the half-bridge drive circuit has a simple structure and saves power devices,which can improve drive efficiency and has certain application advantages.The design method of a half-bridge drive circuit for positive and negative power supply DC motor servo systems is described in detail.The design idea of the circuit is introduced,and the working principle and design method of the square wave integration,pulse width modulation,dead time setting,voltage bootstrap,and half-bridge drive modules in the circuit are described in detail,and the reasonableness of the design method is verified by the simulated output and the actual output waveforms of the prototype.
