摘要
设计研发了一种模拟人工手动掰裂面板动作的掰断机构.在详细分析面板掰断原理和过程的基础上,选取不同种类的典型面板进行掰断试验,在数字机显微镜下观察面板断面,效果良好无缺陷,达到了预期的目的.列举了将该掰断机构应用到自动切割生产线所面临的问题并提出了改进方案,对后续全自动切割生产线的研发具有积极的参考借鉴意义.
Abstract
A breaking mechanism which simulates the action of manual breaking panel is designed and developed.On the basis of analyzing the principle and process of panel breaking in detail,different kinds of typical panels are selected for breaking test,and the panel section is observed under the digital machine microscope,the effect is good without defects,and the expected purpose is achieved.The problems faced by applying the breaking mechanism to automatic scribing production line are listed and the improvement scheme is put forward,which has positive reference significance for the research and development of automatic scribing production line.
