镁合金平板裂缝天线真空钎焊工艺
Vacuum Brazing Technology of Magnesium Alloy Planar Slot Antenna

摘要
平板裂缝天线是星载雷达的关键结构之一,通常采用铝合金多层结构经真空钎焊而成,轻量化是其关键设计要素.设计了接触反应钎焊焊料AlAg10,开展了镁合金的真空钎焊工艺和性能研究,试制了镁合金平板裂缝天线样件并进行了电性能测试.结果表明采用AlAg10焊片可以实现AZ31B镁合金的高性能真空钎焊,在钎焊温度为450℃、压强为450 kPa,时间为15~20 min时,接头的平均剪切强度均超过50 MPa.研制的镁合金平板裂缝天线能够通过星载振动试验考核,电性能满足设计要求.
Abstract
Planar slot antenna is one of the key structures of spaceborne radar,usually made of aluminum alloy multi-layer structure welded by vacuum brazing,and lightweight is its key design element.The contact reaction brazing solder AlAg10 is designed,vacuum brazing process and performance research on magnesium alloy are conducted,and magnesium alloy planar slot antenna samples for electrical performance testing are developed.The results show that high-performance vacuum brazing of AZ31B magnesium alloy can be achieved using Al10Ag solder joints.At a brazing temperature of 450℃,a pressure of 450 kPa,and a time of 15~20 min,the average shear strength of the joint exceeds 50 MPa.The developed magnesium alloy planar slot antenna can pass the on-board vibration test assessment,and its electrical performance meet the design requirements.
