摘要

介绍了印制板组件三防清漆自动涂覆工艺,通过研究得到了出料量、喷涂高度、稀释剂与三防漆的质量分数,以及喷涂速度对漆膜厚度的影响.研究结果表明,出料量与漆膜厚度成正比,喷涂高度、稀释剂与三防漆的质量分数以及喷涂速度与漆膜厚度成反比.选用合适的参数,漆膜厚度可以控制在30~50 μm范围内,并且结合力良好,满足航天标准要求.

Abstract

The automatic spraying of conformal coating for PCBA is introduced,and the effects of discharge quantity,spraying height,mass fraction of diluent and conformal coating and spray speed on film thickness are studied.The results show that the discharge quantity is proportional to the thickness of the paint film,and the spraying height,the mass fraction of the diluent and the conformal coating,the spraying speed are inversely proportional to the thickness of the paint film.With appropriate parameters,the film thickness can be controlled in the range of 30~50 µm,and the binding force is good,which meet the requirements of aerospace standard.
