In the PLC motion control system based on Modbus communication protocol,the PLC serves as the master station and communicates with the slave equipment(such as frequency convert-ers,motor controllers,etc.)through Modbus protocol.The main research direction of this article is how to exchange data and program logic with PLC motion controllers and PLC input/output modules through Modbus communication protocol in industrial control software of upper computer.
