摘要

背光源贴膜设备,主要是将下扩散膜、下增光膜、上增光膜、上扩散膜、遮光膜组装到背板半成品上.为了提高生产效率,提出了一种转盘式贴膜方式.为了降低设备成本,开发了一种既经济又高效的 4 点对位技术.通过实践应用,该设备能满足生产需求、提高生产效率、节约成本,提高企业在同行业中的竞争力.

Abstract

The equipment of back-light sticking film mainly assembles the lower diffusion film,the lower enhancement film,the upper enhancement film,the upper diffusion film and the shading film onto the semi-finished product of back plate.In order to improve the production efficiency,a kind of rotary-plate-type sticking film method is put forward.In order to reduce the cost of equipment,an economical and efficient 4-point alignment technology is developed.Through practical application,the equipment can meet production needs,improve production efficiency and save costs.Improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry.
