Ceramic Package Intelligent Production Line Construction Plan
Addressing the need for enhanced production capacity and consistent quality in ceramic package,this study examines a comprehensive layout design and intelligent upgrade scheme for a production line based on multilayer ceramic package process.The design encompasses standardized models,automated workstations,automated logistics,and the integration of Internet of Things(IoT)and data applications.The paper concludes that the value of this intelligent production line construc-tion lies in its replicability and promotability,offering a reference for the development of intelligent factories within the industry and thereby expediting the digital,networked,and intelligent transforma-tion of the sector.
