为了满足微电子核心设备日益迫切的国产化替代需求,同时达到降本增效的目的,提出了一种以某国产运动控制卡为核心的打孔机控制系统的设计方法,通过硬件结构设计、控制系统选型、控制软件设计和系统调试等多个方面提升运动控制效果,综合对比使用成本、软件控制、运行速度、打孔精度等多方面因素,验证了国产化控制系统方案的合理性.
Design of Control System for Green Ceramic Tape Punching Machine
In order to meet the increasingly urgent domestic substitution demand for microelectronic core equipment and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,this paper proposes a design method for a punching machine control system with a domestic motion control card as the core.Improving motion control effectiveness through hardware structure design,control system selection,control software design,and system debugging,among other aspects.By comprehensively comparing various factors such as usage cost,software control,operating speed,punching accuracy,etc.,the rationality of the domestically produced control system scheme has been verified.
