Design and Implementation of Equipment for MLCC Lamination Process
The development background and manufacturing process of MLCC are briefly described, and the process requirements are analyzed based on the lamination process. In order to meet these re-quirements,an MLCC lamination machine is designed,including the transmission mechanism of un-winding/rewinding unit,peeling table,film handling manipulator,pressurized mechanism and re-ceiving/discharging manipulator. The control principle and main logic actions of the lamination ma-chine are discussed. The design and implementation of the electrical control and human-computer in-teraction system of the equipment have been completed,and the equipment has achieved good prac-tical application results.
