By combing the basic process of the texturing loading machine and the matching relationship of the silicon transmission components,the paper analyzes the three common equipment failures,finds out the key factors affecting the stability of the equipment. Last,the corresponding solutions is proposed,which can reduce the difficulty of debugging,speed up the delivery of the equipment and improve the operation stability of the equipment.
