In the development and maintenance of power systems and electrical equipment,high-voltage electrical testing is a critical step to ensure electrical safety and stable operation.This study focuses on the data collection and analysis technologies of instrumentation in these tests,aiming to improve data quality and analytical efficiency.By analyzing different types of high-voltage electrical testing methods and their corresponding data collection requirements,this paper presents strategies for optimizing instrument configuration and data processing workflows.The research results not only enhance the accuracy and reliability of the test data but also provide more efficient technical support for high-voltage electrical testing.
