Design of a Software Automation Testing Platform for Semiconductor Equipment
In response to the characteristics of large semiconductor equipment with numerous software components,parallel development by multiple people,long offline environment development cycle,and short integration cycle in real scenarios,a method for implementing a software automation testing platform is proposed.This method provides an automation testing platform and a virtual simulation platform,which can simulate hardware environments,automatically build and deploy software at regular intervals,and perform automation testing.
