Design of Miniaturized Waveguide-microstrip Composite Power Division Network
The power division network is an important part of the payload.Low VSWR(voltage standing wave ratio),low loss, lightweight and miniaturization are the key points of spacecraft power division network design. In order to realize a new type of high-efficiency power division structure, this paper develops a Ka-band waveguide-microstrip composite power division network, which adopts a highly integrated structure design and integrates the power output capacity of 24 channels. The design effectively reduces the volume and weight of the power division network. The measured results show that in the frequency band of 23.4 ∼ 24.59 GHz,the main port VSWR is not more than 1.3,the insertion loss is not more than 1.6 dB,the branch port isolation is not less than 20 dB and the port consistency is good.A lightweight,multi-channel,low loss power division network design is realized, which may be widely used in satellite-borne millimeter wave power combining applications.
