摘要

文中针对下一代雷达对部署灵活性、功能拓展性、大威力和高集成性的迫切需求,开展了高集成电子设备单元研究.对现有雷达电子设备进行重新布局,对各电气分系统模块、器件进行集成设计,并将它们安装在一个电子机箱内,形成通用的设备单元.同时结合结构拓扑优化、电子电路增材制造技术等,将传统结构承载件、散热冷板和电缆有效集成至同一结构体中,大幅提高整机集成度,从而实现电子设备单元多功能集成,为下一代电子设备设计提供技术参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the urgent requirements for deployment flexibility,function expansion,wide coverage and high inte-gration of the next generation radar,the research on highly integrated electronic equipment unit is carried out in this paper.The layout redesign for the current radar electronic equipment is carried out,various electrical subsystem modules and com-ponents are integrated and these elements are assembled within a single electronic enclosure,thereby creating a universal equipment unit.Combining structural topology optimization and additive manufacturing techniques for electronic circuits,etc.,the traditional load-bearing components,heat dissipation cold plates and cables are effectively integrated into a single structure.This approach can significantly enhance the overall integration of the machine and thereby achieve multifunctional integration within electronic equipment unit,which can provide a technological reference for the design of next generation electronic equipment.
