某便携式设备阵面尺寸较大,重量较轻,地面架设方式简单,因此其架设后的稳定性受风载荷影响较大.为了更准确地进行风载荷预报,采用数值模拟方法,用计算流体动力学仿真软件ANSYS CFX对某便携式设备风载荷进行建模仿真,得到了不同风力等级和不同风向角下的风载荷分布以及周围流场特性分布,并与经验公式的计算结果进行比较.该研究可为相似类型设备的风载荷预报提供参考,为结构总体设计提供依据.
Simulation Analysis of Wind Load of a Portable Device
Due to the large size,light weight and simple ground erection method of a portable device,its stability after erection is greatly affected by wind load.In order to predict the wind load more accurately,the numerical simulation method is adopted,and the computer fluid dynamics simulation software ANSYS CFX is used to simulate the wind load of a portable device.The wind load distribution and surrounding flow field characteristics distribution under different wind levels and wind directions are obtained and compared with the results of empirical formula calculation.This study can provide reference for the wind load prediction of similar types of device and provide a basis for overall structural design.
