Design and Practice of Human-machine Cooperation Production Line for Slip Ring
In this paper the structural characteristics of the slip ring are reviewed,three assembly operation units(partial assembly unit,final assembly unit,running and test unit)are established by analyzing the assembly process and technology characteristics.According to the work and the key control points of each unit,the welding platform,integrated assembly platform and intelligent running platform are designed respectively.Through the use of technology equipment,the traditional manual assembly mode of the slip ring is upgraded to the human-machine cooperative mode.The key elements of the assembly process,such as welding parameters of the rings and running parameters,are also controlled and recorded.As a result,the intensity of assembly work is reduced,the work efficiency is improved and the quality traceability is also significantly improved.
