针对复杂电子设备传统设计过程中对可制造性考虑不足,造成产品制造周期长和资源浪费等问题,文中提出了以"体系完善、可制造性设计与分析评估能力建设、工具平台开发和数据资源准备"为核心的面向复杂电子设备的产品可制造性总体架构,重点从可制造性工作程序、可制造性设计规范体系、可制造性等级评价方法、信息系统建设以及可制造性设计工具建设等方面开展研究,并展望了知识图谱、人工智能、数字孪生技术在可制造性设计领域的应用情况,完善了复杂电子设备产品可制造性体系.可制造性体系的建设及应用,对促进复杂电子设备企业高质高效低成本发展具有较大的价值.
Construction Method of Product Manufacturability System for Complex Electronic Devices
In response to the insufficient consideration of manufacturability in the traditional design process of complex electronic devices,resulting in long product manufacturing cycles and resource waste,a comprehensive architecture for man-ufacturability of complex electronic devices is proposed with"system improvement,manufacturability design and analysis evaluation capability building,tool platform development,and data resource preparation"as the core.The research focus-es on manufacturability work procedures,manufacturability design specification system,manufacturability level evaluation method,information system construction and manufacturability design tool construction.The research also looks forward to the application of knowledge graph,artificial intelligence and digital twin technology in the field of manufacturability design,improving the manufacturability system of complex electronic devices.The construction and application of a manufactura-bility system has great value in promoting the high-quality,efficient and low-cost development of complex electronic device enterprises.
